1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Internet @ Home services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Internet @ Home provides internet connectivity, cable TV, CCTV solutions, networking services, and IT product sales.
3. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service interruptions.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or violations of any applicable laws
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
5. Payment Terms
- Bills are generated on the 1st of each month
- Payment is due by the 10th of the month
- Late payments may result in service suspension after the 15th
- A reconnection fee may apply for suspended accounts
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
6. Equipment
Equipment provided by Internet @ Home remains our property unless explicitly sold to you.
7. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Internet @ Home shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
